Both teams, Frankfurt and Bayern Leverkuen are still far behind Bayern Munich, namely 6 points for Frankfurt and 7 points for Leverkusen. So it is possible that Bayern Munich will be perched at the top of the standings for longer, but if Bayern Munich are able to perform consistently in every match, maybe their position as the top of the standings will never be rushed.
On the other hand, it is very unfortunate that Borussia Dortmund have not been able to compete tightly in the top three positions in the standings. With only just getting 21 points, Dortmund are currently only able to perch in 6th position in the standings. And if they are able to improve their consistency in every match, it is not impossible that the team can enter the top three competition in the standings.
