You should report all these people straight to the campaign managers. I'm sure most reputable managers and campaigns won't want to pay for these sorts of posts.
I was just about to tag @Little Mouse when you pointed it out, I'm hoping he sees this, even though it's quite late already; he has been paid for the previous week. At least this will prevent him from being paid in the future and reserve his spot for someone who's interested in actually putting some effort in their posts.Oops yeah that didn't age well. What pushed him to the gambling board when he was comfortable making posts from his brain on the technical board though.
