Could just randomly add BC to BlackCards handed out that day? 1 lucky guy gets 1000 BC. 2 with 500 BC. 4 with 250 BC. At the worst, you get a bunch of people figuring out how to check their balances in their BC wallet.
+1. I like this idea. Will happily donate a little extra BC to load up the cards.
