Since you said CEX and P2P aren't possible in your country, then there are only two options left.
The first one is
F2F, where you buy Bitcoin using cash, cash is anonymous, so they will not able to track your money.
The second one is fly to Macau or Hongkong, Bitcoin is legal there.

Aha~ Thanks for reminding me and giving me advice. Both of them are good but difficult. BTW, I'm not begging. I'm not living in poverty compared to other families. I just hope someone could give me some if they are willing. I'm not asking them LOL.
