The pools are ignoring you and your 'exploit' because you talk about work dif of 32-64. That is the ranges given by using CPU's to mine like the useless NerdMiner toy does....

Pools adjust worker dif to provide ~ 18 shares per minute and with just about any ASIC that means a dif of >1000, hell even my ancient 2PAC stick miner runs with a diff of 780. My larger ASICS have diffs of 21k on up. ASIC-based miners are simply too fast to apply your hack.
