He probably wanted to instabuy a Div3 club, but unfortunately they sold out already.
We will still allow club selling during this week, so if somebody wants to buy/sell clubs you can still agree on it in the next few days.

I know 2 teams from Div1 mentioned they will listen to high offers, not sure if there are some in Div3 looking to sell.
