Don't worry about the link, Philstar is one of the newspaper's name here in our country and since not many people are buying newspaper anymore, they turned online.

About the POGO, they are online gambling dens so it's not like you are trying to find a casino in that feature but more like what inside of that building that was share by OP. They are all inside those building and that's where they will do their business. POGO's first arrival here in the Philippines was already scolded by the last president Roa Duterte.
Now, it's time to clean it up so that this administration can feel better for themselves. This is politics, expect something like this will happen especially with money involved.

I think it's not only the Philippines that is trying to eradicate the online gambling business, not because of politics but because of the disturbed social conditions, the acute tendency to gamble makes the government close and prohibit gambling, high crime, poverty all 75% due to gambling,
