There is no new bull run rather we already have a bull run.that started last year and expected to hit the peak next year in line with the four years cycle. Now is not the point to still speculate if bull run is sustained or not else you will be buying at the peak which might not give you much profits unless you plan to hold for long which is the best thing to do. If you have not started investing, do well to get in now because from next year, we might see rapid high prices.
