Suppose your device is of low quality, which can cause problems with high network connections.
It will not affect the network but the low RAM will affect the apps opened. An example is 2 gigabyte RAM that can no be used to open two apps at once because as you opened one, the other app will close underneath which is frustrating. I switch from 2 gigabyte RAM some years ago to 8 gigabyte RAM which is very better. I can open as many as possible apps and all will close underneath.
