I have been told that some casinos have recently started to advertise their brands in erotic shows. The actor/actress is performing as usual, but at the back of the stage you can find a pillow or another physical support camouflaged with the environment, showing their banner.

It is brilliant because actors/actresses can diversify their sources of income, and the casinos reach a broader audience, but I find it a bit intrusive, if you ask me.
