Napoli shouldn't be worried about just having this loss, things happen and as long as they can recover from this then there won't be too much of a problem and they should be handling it without much problem. I understand that it may look like it's a bigger deal, but in reality it is not really that much of a big deal at all, we need to remember how this could be a very normal situation without a doubt.
I think Napoli need to be worried because of the tight competition in the Seria A title standings right now; they drop two points in their last match which has dropped them to the second place in the table with two points behind Atalanta, and any loss from them can dropped to fifth position because as it stands now, there is only one point different between Napoli and other teams in the third, fourth, and fifth position; therefore, no team among them will afford to drop points at this moment.

So, I believe we are overreacting whenever we are saying this could be normal, and we should just move on with this without much issues. I believe Napoli will have a shot at the title, this loss won't be the thing that makes them lose it, they will still have a chance to win it no matter what happened in this game.

Napoli is indeed a strong contender in the title race because they are among the best teams in the Seria A this season; the Inter Milan and AC Milan that used to top the league are having some inconsistency at the moment, and Atalanta is in good form to take over their victories for the mean time before Napoli and other teams recover fully.
