It's terrible jobs of their medical team and massive unluckiness in this season too. These things come together and trigger an injury crisis in Real Madrid but they will try to cover it temporarily by some transfers in winter transfer window that will open next three weeks. Their positions in La Liga and Champions League are improving recent weeks but to be well prepared for future months, they actually need supplementary players in defense system.
I have not seen any uncoordinated medical treatment of the injuries suffered by some of the Real Madrid players and they have done a good job of keeping the players fit. The fatigue factor due to the tight match schedule has resulted in several key players getting injured and this is something that Ancelotti needs to consider because if it continues they will lose key players. Real Madrid have made progress in some games and they are starting to show consistency, but if they do not try to bring in some more players it will be even more difficult because they need rotation so that players can be fitter for the much bigger games.
