Rightly said one should not go beyond one's means in gambling, no matter how rich a person is gambling involves risk. If he could not afford to lose he might not have bet so much but it is better not to use such a large amount in gambling. If it continues like this an impossible and uncontrollable need for gambling is created in the mind which becomes an addiction. The government can't do anything even if it wants to. Responsible gambling involves following certain principles that help players maintain control over their actions and recognize the risks involved. Strictly adhere to the rules in setting limits and determining your gambling budget.
Indeed, we should only bet the amount we can afford and not too much because the risk of losing is high, what you said is true even though people are rich, I still think gambling is a risky thing and no matter how much money they bet, it will not reduce the risk of losing to be lower. The main fact is that the bookie will always win, so no matter how rich or poor their customers are, they still have a greater chance of losing than winning.
The desire to gamble for those who think they can get profit will be very high, in contrast to those who consider gambling as nothing more than entertainment, they may have a desire to gamble that is not too strong, besides they can easily divert their desire to gamble to other things.
