Why will Amorim target a draw on this match when he knows that people will criticize him the more. Amorim needs to win this match to gain more trust from the fans, and it's only this competition that can tell good of Amorim if he wins the rest matches and advance to the round of 16. Infact, Amorim should think of winning this league for an automatic ticket to UCL next season because he has the chance of winning Europa than staying on top four in EPL.
I don't think Manchester United manager will publicly make that kind of statement when he knows what is at stake right now in the United team, his last Europa League match Manchester United managed to collect 3 points from away I see no reason why he will not go all out for away victory knowing what the win will bring to his team. The fans has shown that they love him already and they are happy with him despite not winning most of the matches upon his arrival but facing a team like Viktoria Plzen we expect nothing but good performance from the Manchester United team and 3 points shouldn't be jokes with because their opponent is not a strong team despite them being the host. Chances of winning Europe for Amorim is very slim looking at the performance of Manchester United at the moment I think winning every match should be his main focus right now and if the team is lucky to make it to the finals then we can talk of the team lifting the trophy.
Amorim would never go for a draw as this is the only viable competition to gain back some reputation. They won't win anything in the Premier League and they are unlikely to have a chance winning the FA Cup. If Amorim were to bring on a lineup that suggests he doesn't want to go all out, he would risk his position at Manchester United within only a month of getting assigned as the new head coach. He didn't join Manchester United to deliberately go for a draw, he was assigned to win it all finally again.
