I think that is really unfair. The fact that the employee never gambled during work
hours and that his gambling didn't affect his work performance should have been
the main thing to focus on.
It was clearly based on their dislike on crypto. I dont think they would have a problem
if the employee was gambling with FIAT because gambling didnt seem to be the issue
it was the Crypto factor.
We can say like that but the casino can asks their members to work over work hours. If the employee doesn't want to do that, they can say that they want to enjoy the holiday and not work in a holiday. The company must understand this and gives holiday to their employee because they works to the company and gets paid so the company don't needs forcing their employee. If their employee can not accept that and demo because of the policy, the company can get a trouble from their employee.
