If a person knows that he should not deposit money before withdrawing any fake funds from these domains targeting CEx and doesn't trust strangers, and if he conducts his research, he can avoid being scammed.
Its a recycled method to scam, and its not going to die because it's easy to set up if you know how to clone a site, and there are newbies who are unaware of this method. I've been teaching all my friends that if a platform, even if they looked legit, asked you to deposit first before you could withdraw your free money, its a scam because
no legit platform will give you free money without working for it.
