It is always difficult to decide what to do when PoW Phase ends.. Personally i dont See Why the pool should take full responsibilty here.. What If the pool OP returns late and the pool Would have continued mining on the dead chain? The miner blames the 0% Fee for not switching or shutting down? Why did the miner not switch?
