I think gambling sites only want huge profits with the number of members playing on their sites, regardless from of the data used for Kyc real or fake so far, because their dont care about age limit rules , I think to prevent minors from gambling should be the main responsibility of parents at this time, although it may interfere with their activities but parents should take the time for regular supervision, such as Monitoring children online activities regularly can be done without must to stop working, like checking browser history and using monitoring tools if possible.
why online casinos do not do the same? Because online casinos do not want to, as they want to extract as much money as possible from their clients even if they are not legally allowed to gamble, but this goes against the law, so it is clear that online casinos are the ones that are at fault here.

Online casinos just found a loophole on all of these KYC mandatory requirements. They just don't care whether or not the KYC procedures are fake, because again they always aim for profit and the more clients they have, the more profit they'll earn from them. As long as they require KYC verifications to their platform, regardless if it's fake or not, I think they're safe from any violations and obligations for not following the online gambling regulations.
