All PayWithUs cards are temporarily unavailable due to a hack. Many cards (including mine) have been frozen, but hopefully not for long.
I wonder was it really a hack or maybe something else?! 
They didn't post anything about this in their bitcointalk ANN topic, and I remember they had a childish argument with one member incrediable who accused them of scam and fake reviews.
All virtual crypto cards are high risk and I would not keep any money on them, except for short term payment.
