No one touches our winning in our gambling account except people and someone have access to it and the casino itself can't entirely have control of our funds rather they can only freeze our account if they suspect unusual activity.
I do not agree to this mate about casinos not having complete access to our account on their platform. These are centralized platforms we are using and by virtue of that, they have control over everything in their site including the funds in our account with them. The only thing I can agree with you here is that these casinos don't have the right to alter our funds except for when they perhaps suspect some shitty behaviours with the account which relates to attempted hack or the user breaching ToS. But if it's a scam casino they don't need to wait for those reasons to lock you out of your funds and siphon it to their purse.
We are still saying the same thing over here mate because as the case may be, casino I mean reputable casino wouldn't touch your funds and if what you are facing are not embedded on their terms they would be extremely careful with you in order for you not to file a legal case with them. But for the ones they are right or having covered by their ToS any slight mistake they have your account freezed or blocked because they knew that their ToS got them covered, though some scam casinos immediately you make deposit they wouldn't be hesitant to lock up your account.
