Yes, you're right, in every aspect of life you have to have self-control in order to do things right, it's difficult sometimes in a casino when we have a lot of money and we have no idea how to do it, and even more so if we are people who let ourselves be carried away by emotions. That used to happen to me before, I spent money and lost a lot, then over time I discovered, thanks to experience, the things I should and shouldn't do, until I concluded that the best thing is to control the money you are willing to spend, from there everything is controlled. If it works for me, I think it can work for everyone.

Once gamblers lose some money, their tension will increase and they want to recover their losses without thinks that will only makes them lose for more.
If they realize that they can not earn money easily from gambling, they will start to reduce their gambling activity and time. They will try to understand that gambling is just for fun and not a place to make money. We can't spent money and lost a lot in gambling because we must think what other problem that can arise.
