It is also clear from his last post on October 1st that their representative here is only focused on posting promotions and is not concerned with solving issues, as he repeated this multiple times to other members who have problems, just like you and OP.
Considering the ongoing issue of OP for the last 4 months on CasinoGuru, along with other members in their official announcement thread, I can try to contact them through the forum and other communication methods to bring attention to this matter. I hope that @holydarkness and the rest of the members decide what to do if this casino has now turned into a scam operation.

I’ve also noticed that their representative hasn’t been online lately. Normally, they would post promotional content in their thread. This behavior—avoiding problems and issues—is quite familiar. If you ask questions in their public Telegram or Discord channels, you’ll get banned instantly. If you’re still interested, you can try contacting the VIP Manager on Telegram. I even asked Royse to mediate, but after a few messages, he was ignored as well.
I believe anyone reading my thread can conclude that Hunnyplay is not being transparent and is deliberately withholding my funds, as well as funds from others. This thread primarily serves as a warning for anyone playing on Hunnyplay. If you’re playing for small amounts, like a few bucks, you probably won’t encounter any issues since they are still processing those payouts. However, if you’re a high-stakes player winning thousands or five-figure sums, you’ll almost certainly face the same problems.
The VIP manager assured me that the payment would be processed last week. However, he has already gone back on his word, saying it will now happen this week. I’m curious to see what happens, but my expectations are low.
I hope @holydarkness and the rest of the members can label this casino as a scam operation to prevent further victims
