Based on stats, Spurs haven’t won in their last 4 matches, and with so many injuries in defense, I’m not sure they can handle Rangers’ current form. Rangers have won 4 games in a row, including a big 4-1 win over Nice, so their confidence must be %100 high. Even though they have some key players missing, the Ibrox crowd could make a huge difference. I feel like both teams will score, and maybe a 2-2 draw is the most likely outcome 
A draw is likely to happen but in this encounter I'll go for Rangers base on stats and with the current injury problem Spurs are having I don't feel they can get a win in this game or even hold the Rangers side to a draw. Tottenham are not strong enough to face a team that are in form more than they are. Against Chelsea the way they (Spurs) played after the first half shows that they are week and can't withstand any team that plays with much pressure. I'll say Rangers have the advantage to win this game that's if they make use of their opportunities and the defense of Spurs will be open than it was against Chelsea, is going to be a big win for Rangers.
