If I remember correctly, the wallet is non custodial. So you should have your seedphrase with you. Do you have that? If not, you should also be able to retrieve it by going to the Settings/Preferences I would imagine. Obviously if the wallet is encrypted, you need to input the password you first used.

Once you have the seedphrase, you can use that directly on pretty much any wallet you can think of since they all support  BIP39. I personally recommend going with Electrum.

(You should check BIP39 as the article states).

Did you by any chance have multiple accounts in Eidoo? That's probably why Trustwallet couldn't recover it. In the above article, step #6 you might need to play with the derivation path by increasing it meaning the last 0 would become 1, then 2 etc.
