I'm not married yet but I have live to understand how how marriage work in this century. Today's as they called it Genzes, the way they do their relationship nowadays is transactional which means money is involved in any relationship that you know whether it's true love or fake love, there will be a transaction in that relationship otherwise it will not last. You need money to spice it up no matter how good you are in it and this is why one has to be careful of how yiu share investment in your relationship.

I personally will share my investment plans with my wife but I will not tell her the exact amount so I can see every character in her, she wouldn't fake it and she wouldn't want to spice it up because of the money. It's better that way so as each day goes by, I will see their true character and as for the children, I wouldn't tell them even if I have it in their name, I will like to see the man in them and when he time is right, I will share them my ideas of investment that I have on ground.
