This is a good suggestion for the project, if they haven't introduced human based support then they must try to incorporate it as early as possible. There are many queries which bot can't handle and it's good to have live human support. Once the project is matured then team can decide to replace human with bot but in early stages it's advisable to have a human that is always there to listen to user queries. It helps the project to improve itself by getting live feedback from the user who is using the platform.
I don't know that if they have the live support with the human or not. But I just check this after create an account and then log in that they have the option of support option and after clicking it's shows something like that their support team is sleeping and they will back in the morning. I think this massage is a proof that they have support team although to final check up I have to check back it tomorrow. Right now I guessing that they have the live support system but it is not for 24/7h. Even then their discord server is quite active I think if player have any issues they can directly contact to the discord servers support team.
Provably they got human support but maybe they have limited personnel working on that area especially you can see that they have message like that and that means they don't have 24 hours support in their casino. So I guess they need to address that one since its important for their gamblers to have 24 hours support staff that can work with their issue since they have gamblers on other parts of their country which provably might need an immediate assistance.
But since they are here and active in this thread for sure they could read these concerns of people and do good action so lets see for good improvements in this side.
