You can go back thousands of years and look at the form of people. Nations chiseled these forms in stone and brick. They aren't any different than today. There isn't any evolution.
Evolution of viruses happens quickly. Human evolution takes more time. By the way, if you want to see human evolution happen quickly, then just fuck someone of a different race than you. If all humans fucked outside their own race for just one generation, then humans would evolve very rapidly. Let's see. Um. Kamala Harris is Indian and Doug Emhoff is white. DJ Vance is white and his wife is Indian. Yup. People are fucking outside of their own races (because their dicks don't care about skin color; their dicks just want to fuck) which means that we will all mix together and mixing together is evolution happening before our eyes.If you look at chickens, they are getting bigger, so they are evolving. Dogs have evolved a lot due to human intervention. Dogs no longer look like wolves so much.

What does any of that have to do with Evolution Theory Evolution? If you are trying to say that some are advancing while others are declining, you haven't tracked their descendants long enough. A simple generation or two shows that people can advance or decline. It doesn't have anything to do with the stupidity that we call evolution.
