If this is with reference to the champions League then we can agree to saying PSG isn't in a very good form but in their domestic league it's a different case as they still remain the champions and the dominators of their domestic league, they have al of their key players intact and none lost to injury already so they probably have their fome intact on that their technical approach in the champions League isn't just the best already and so they cannot be seen as doing just so well in that aspect.
In my opinion, PSG inability to compete in the Champions League is due to not getting equal opponents in the domestic league, they look strong in Ligue 1, but have difficulty competing when in a different atmosphere. PSG chances of qualifying through the play-offs depend on the remaining 2 games, they must rely on themselves to continue to survive. Luis Enrique presence has not helped much to boost the team's performance, it seems that PSG needs to be more active in the transfer market to increase its strength.
