For me I feel Frankfurt can't really meet up with the title race although this season they have really tried but it's not going to be easy for Frankfurt to met because for a team to actually be strong contestant of the league consistency must be one of the various factors which they must have and this was how Bayer Leverkusen were able to win the league last season as they were very consistent with their game play.
Although in the end Frankfurt was unable to compete for the trophy, at least they finished in third place in the standings, which was more than enough. But the most important thing is that they can continue to appear consistent and secure victory to continue to be in the competition. Leverkusen will also try to continue to pursue and maybe the matches that still have many matches left will give them an advantage to pursue because it is difficult to maintain consistency in league conditions that are still quite long. This will make it very easy for teams that have better squads and Bayern Munich and Leverkusen will benefit greatly.
Most important thing for Frankfurt is to just focus on the competition and try to stay stable and consistent until the end of the season, whether they are able to provide surprise like Leverkusen last season or not, what is certain is that they can compete and provide proof of the improvement in the quality of their performance.
This season Dortmund has declined and only Leverkusen can compete with Frankfurt for the runner-up if Bayern Munich becomes the team that win the title, for this week Frankfurt must face an opponent that cannot be underestimated and that is Leipzig, this will be an interesting match.
