Thank you...But unfortunately I don't even receive the email to activate the 2FA. It is a vicious circle...and it seems obvious that there is something wrong with this site.
To check whether there are again issues with authorization emails or not, I just requested for password reset and I received the email in a few seconds.
So, I think the problem should be on your side. Did you check your spam folder?

I always check spam. Moreover, I have entered the address '
noreply@freebitco.in' but I still don't receive any e-mails. The only mails I receive are the automatic ones (which probably come from another address, '
fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com') telling me that my support request ticket has been taken care of.
The problem may be on my side but... all I need is for them to respond to the numerous support requests and the problem would be solved.
