True modular buildings should be easy to detach, disassemble and assemble. Should come in different sizes, specs/features or materials to cater for the needs of all economic classes without compromising on good standard.

Should be privacy focused to solve the needs of people who prefer not to share thesame space with the rest, or don't want a communal lifestyle. I think such lifestyle is more suitable for people who share thesame belief and understand each other really well
Yeah some of the crazier blueprints are more for sororities/fraternities or cults, hahaha. Large families work too, but might be difficult because family isn't voluntarily opted into like other social organizations are.
