I don't know that if they have the live support with the human or not. But I just check this after create an account and then log in that they have the option of support option and after clicking it's shows something like that their support team is sleeping and they will back in the morning. I think this massage is a proof that they have support team although to final check up I have to check back it tomorrow. Right now I guessing that they have the live support system but it is not for 24/7h. Even then their discord server is quite active I think if player have any issues they can directly contact to the discord servers support team.

The main aim of support is to listen to user queries and respond them in short duration. If they have support that is not active and have an active discord channel where user can register there complains or ask questions related to the project then it's equally good. If they have provided option of support on there website then they must try to keep it active for few hours at least. It will put bad impression on users who ask question from support team and they take considerable time to respond.
