I'm not actually against the idea of support team sleeping but what they should have done instead is to program it in such a way that some other persons will be work on the daily hours while some will be working at night since we have different time zones because people will always be gambling but however I have not check there discord channel yet but if they have an active one were any issue can be attended to is fine, however who have noticed that the team has worked on the issue we were complaining before about the name not displaying because as I tried to log in it took me back to the registration were I can put my name and some other requirements, you can check to also confirm.
There's a thing called chat support bot where they can just program their chat support, and while I don't want it to happen, that would be better than no response at all or saying that "the support system is sleeping". Like what the above post has said, I guess there's nothing wrong with waiting for a few hours for a response (unless it is very urgent, and I can't think of any situations that are urgent that you will make a support ticket). I believe there's no perfect customer support system on any website that's available and that includes these online casinos. They can implement chat support bots like I said, but if you as a customer wants a genuine response then at least wait for a few hours.
