Yup, there are gamblers who become desperate thinking that the strategy that they've got will bring decent amount of money, as even they already suffering from series of loses they will insist and will keep that strategy, they've got that hope inside them that in anyhow it will work and it will somehow bring that win that they are aiming.
No gambler should indulge themselves in a thing like this, gambling will punish them more than it will help them in a situation like this. Gambling is luck-based and luck is not something that comes all the time, it comes by chance, which is why desperation is not the solution to gambling or believing one strategy is the key, they will only bring frustration or even worse. I consider brilliant strategies in some gambling aspects like Poker, sports betting and even in some kinds of Lotto games, but in all, luck will always be the most important factor.

Unfortunately, players who lack control won't adhere to this, because of their personal perspectives on gaming. Which promotes win big strategies, and following the methods that only drags less informed gamblers into compulsive gambling. However, most gamers will only learn the hard way, maybe during therapy sessions, or after surviving addiction.

Because they fail to wait on luck and don't play responsibly while in a session, their experience begin to get dangerous each moment, and nothing could be done to change the narrative for such players.
