Unfortunately, I received yet another response stating that they cannot assist because they do not support the BSC network, and their entire system is automated, meaning the funds remain lost.
However, as I understand it, roobet.com support likely cannot access that wallet directly. They would need to escalate this case to someone higher up, which means they wouldn’t gain any benefit (fees) from handling this issue. As a result, they are probably not even motivated to escalate the matter further.
So, the only option now is that a moderator on this forum, who has contacts with higher-level individuals at roobet.com, might be willing to help me resolve this problem for a fee.
I guess there's no other option but to move on on your funds lose since as Roobet support they cannot help you in this case since they are not supporting BSC network in their casino.
So with those situation I guess that put a dot on your case and I guess there's no one here could help you to solve that kind of issue.
Also moderator of this forum cannot do anything in this issue and for sure they won't bother to pay attention to help this case, since this bad mistake on your side. So don't give unnecessary hopes since you are just giving yourself a stress for continue thinking about that funds lost.
If you ask me, it’s still possible to recover the funds because Roobet has access to the address where the ETH sent. However, Roobet might be unwilling to assist due to various reasons or considerations for not handling those funds. One reason they might avoid interfering is the potential risk of exploitation, which could lead to hacking or disruptions in their system.
It can be recovered or credited to their account if Roobet allows the method he used to deposit ETH on that network/token. For now, all they can do is wait for that to happen.
