Fair point. Let me explain.
My country is now a restricted region, but wasnt when I created my account.
After talking to my VIP host,
He confirmed that my account was in good standing and I was allowed to play on the site.
I have been very honest with the support.
There you have your answer I guess.
They get rejected because the address shown on the documents are from a banned region. Sure they should/could say that directly instead of asking for a physical copy, but in the end I am sure it comes down to that.I kind of had the same thing. When I created my account my region was fair play, which changed over time. I since then moved to a different country and don't have to worry about this but I understand the situation.
