I tell you and is very bad for one to go extra miles in borrowing money to cover up for their gambling activities, it's sure a pure state of gambling addiction just like someone that can go miles to  smoke or take illicit drugs.
Well borrowing money isn't that bad but the worst thing is that such addicts sell their household things and belongings of their siblings and other family members.

Some addicts often sell their wives items and some even forget all moral values and do worst things possible.

The addicts that are highly addicted don't really have any moral values and they could literally cross all lines.
Anyone that is already at this worst state, expect that he's not anymore at his good and critical thinking. He needs a medical practitioner that will guide and help him throughout the process, someone that he can trust and feel assured that he'll get recover soon.

Acceptance is the key. Being in denial won't help these gambling addicts. It will only make their condition worst, until they don't have chances to recover and feel good anymore.

Chronic addiction is a situation that is likely to trigger various actions that are far beyond reason, as has happened many times, one of which was discussed in this forum about someone who even committed suicide because he could not stand the pressure of various problems they had due to treating gambling in the wrong way, I just hope that they can really realize and ask for help from others, one of which is from those closest to them so that people can continue to look after them while also providing direction that may be useful.

Yes, I also understand that self-acceptance and letting go of everything that has been lost is indeed a key to eliminating all pressure and stress in the head, but in my opinion it is very unlikely for addicted gamblers to come to such awareness, there is nothing else they want but to gamble in the hope of being able to return all the amount of loss they have ever experienced, meaning it is quite difficult for them to recover quickly, usually they have to experience a significant downturn first before they will realize.
