A very bad start for Liverpool as they are one goal down and with a red card. It will take a miracle for Liverpool to turn this match around with ten men. Many people were of the opinion that Fulham will be a difficult opponent for Liverpool and it seems that is happening and even worst than expected. Fulham seems to be very prepared for the big teams because last week the scored Arsenal first and were about winning the match before the Gunners were able to turn the make the goals even and ended what would have been a disastrous day to a draw. I really feel sorry for Liverpool because even if they will still be at the top, the gap would be high reduced after tonight.
Yes, though many people speculated it wasn't going to be an easy game for Liverpool today, and watching the first goal come from Fulham, it's a sign to show how prepared they were knowing fully well they were to play against the top ranked team in the premier league. And it was quite an interesting game, watching Liverpool equalized at the end, despite having a one man down due to the red card issued to Robertson at 17 minutes into the game, while also having the most ball possession and shots on target. And as such Liverpool is now 5 points away from Chelsea, which isn't much anymore, as if they fail to win their next 2 matches and Chelsea does, they will automatically take over.
I doubt if Fulham would have drawn FC Liverpool had it not be for the red card that got them to play on a one man down.
If you watched , Liverpool were able to hold them to Lockhorns at the end of the game.
Chelsea now has a great opportunity to close up the 5 points gap to 2 points if they are able to get a victory in their encounter tomorrow against their opponent side Brentford who are currently occupying the 10th position.
Arsenal also drew their game and it will be very bad thing if Chelsea misses this great opportunity in their finger tip to try to sit comfortably with 4 points gap in the second position head of Arsenal in the premier league table.
