As everybody said, at this amount of money you better either play at an exchange that accepts usdc, either spend it on something more useful for you if you find it a significant amount.

I will give you an example, or an answer, if you want. I've done a quick check and it looks like https://nonkyc.io/ is one place you can exchange USDC to USDT. I don't know what is the minimum trade account, you have to check if this is what you want. But then, like for any exchange, you'll face the withdrawal fee. For USDT on some networks is only 1$ (so 1/4 of what you have!!) for other networks is 9.5$.

So you know now an exchange you can use. But I'd say that the swap you want, for such small amount, doesn't worth the hassle and the fees you pay.
