Welcome to the forum, smith, and let me advise you not to hurry. You are very young and you have all the time in the world, time needed to learn and avoid mistakes and dangers that are common, sadly, in the crypto space.

You may prefer, as many do, to learn for a price: every time someone is scammed, loses his keys (or worse, don't save them), get's hacked, etc. we tell him that he learnt an expensive lesson; but you are in time to do it more prudently, so take your time.
