Did they not provide any sort of update regarding your situation? If they didn't, it's really odd though I would like to hear their side of the story too before jumping to any sort of conclusion.
As long as the platform is responding to user queries in prescribed time limit, it's fine.
Agreed. If they aren't responding appropriately regularly, their reputation would get impacted negatively pretty quickly.
