Yah, it's right. At the end of the day, self-control is the real key and solution here, gambling is everywhere now, and they’re pushing ads all over social media (facebook, twitter, and youtube), making it hard to avoid, especially if you’re someone who’s been exposed to it a lot or aware how to use it. But no matter how attractive or tempting those promos are with bonuses (free shits), if you’ve got strong willpower and a mindset that gambling isn’t worth it, then it won’t affect you.

Casinos and gambling sites are businesses first and don't prioritize you, designed to make money for their owners, not for the players. So when you’re aware of that, it’s easier to see through the “get-rich-quick” illusion they offer to you.
At one time, I was also very influence by the offers and bonuses of casinos and it happened to me many times that I deposited on the platform to claim bonuses and even though I received the bonus, when I tried to fulfill the wagering requirement to withdraw it, I ended up losing my initial deposited funds.

Since then I don't waste time on these shitty bonuses anymore and now I have set aside a certain amount of funds for just one week which I use to gamble for my entertainment. It's an attempt at self-control.
However, I only deposit a limited amount of funds when I need to review different casinos. For example, I do these things when I see a signature campaign or a review campaign or a casino with a unique concept.
