English Premier League is very competitive league that mostly has surprising results. This past weekend was very exciting with both strong and average teams winning and losing games. It is worth noting that Chelsea Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur were only top teams to win their games easily. But big story is about Manchester City and their losing streak. I understand why people are frustrated but I do not think Pep Guardiola should leave Manchester City. He has built great reputation and has had a lot of success with team. It is too early to give up on them and I think Guardiola can help them do better again.
When you mention three teams like Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham who could have won comfortably last weekend in their own domestic leagues, it means that they are not the only teams who can win but rather some of them who can win comfortably this weekend. But what surprised me a little was Manchester United's victory at Manchester City's home after the Manchester United team was behind by one goal in the first half and it was almost similar to what happened to Manchester United when the team played in the UEL when they faced Viktoria. Now the Premier League standings have really shown a very different nuance because even though Manchester United is still in 13th position, the team is not far behind the top six this season.
