I was surprised when Manchester United came from one goal down to win Manchester City in the much anticipated Manchester derby. Manchester United took advantage of City’s lack of composure to win the game. It was a good game for Ruben Amorim and his men. Congratulations to Amorim as he becomes the first manager since Ferguson to win his first Manchester derby.
And it also looks like Amorim managed to beat City in one season, being the coach of two different teams. What can I say, maybe I would be happy for Manchester United and for Amorim's success, if it did not concern City, who are going downhill. I don't even want to think about possible reasons and discuss them, but Guardiola himself has already started talking about dismissal.
I understand that no one wants to dismiss him, especially when his contract was only extended, but something inexplicable is happening...
