The EPL is an elite league, it comes with huge surprises and there are presence of epic winnings for elite teams and mediocre clubs settled for defeats. This weekend have been really one of the most entertaining one because there are presence of defeats and wins for both elite and average teams. Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur was the only elite team to grab comfortably three points. The center points of discussion is Manchester City and losing streaks. Pep Guardiola should exits the doors of Manchester City now that he still have it in him, he set up a good reputation and watching his squander everything away would hurt so badly.
But I think a series of bad results have been experienced by several big teams in three leagues at once. In Laliga this week I saw that Barcelona and Real Madrid were both unable to win. Then in the Premier League Man City also had to suffer defeat. And Arsenal and Liverpool also couldn't get a win. Meanwhile, I just saw the results of the match in Serie A and it turned out that it was not much different, where Juventus and Milan also seemed to only be able to get a draw even though they were the hosts and AS Roma also lost to a newly promoted team, namely Como. But in Ligue 1 I still see normal things where the top teams dominate and win.
I think that in the next match in the UCL there will be many results that are difficult to predict considering that the performance of several teams in their respective domestic leagues looks inconsistent.
