Do you mind to provide a more complete screenshot of the conversation you had with them? Preferably with the last line of the screenshot shown as the first line of the next screenshot, so I don't have to fight a migraine to understand the conversation in chronological order.

Actually... I think that's exactly the same screenshot of convo you had with them, only in album mode. But let's table that for now. Due to the way the screenshot is made, I can't be sure which come first and which come after that [and the scrollbar didn't help as it's also messed up, I assume because you made screenshots right there and then, instead of after the whole conversation end] so I'll assume below is the last?

I have no response from them on 3 of my conversations, (basically the part I skipped uploading is a button where you click whats the topic of the live chat and I press Airdrop 2) and from what I recorded is straight me going to the question. As you can see on none of my conversations I've got a reply but the conversation was finished. They brutally ignore me
