Let's give ourselves a few more days this week so that anyone who wants to can still object to his incorporation, and if nobody complaints we'll include him in our Hall of Fame a little earlier than expected so that he doesn't despair 
That would be awesome! And he already made almost half of the way towards the rank of Full Member!
I think, we should wait a couple more days, just to be sure. Two weeks until 2024 ends. And with new year we should make new changes. Not just the adding of a new member but also updating the hall of fame. Sort of like new year gift for everyone.
In the meantime, he can become a full member considering his swift progress, it would look better in the hall of fame, don't you think!
