They’ve refilled their wallet twice with 5,000,000 tokens. There is plenty of liquidity available, but they have not processed any withdrawals in almost a week.

We can see from their history, after every refill, withdrawals usually resume almost immediately. This is not the case anymore, withdrawals have been mysteriously paused.
