I don’t think they can win the title but they are challenging well for it and Liverpool needs to be very careful else Chelsea might take it from them.
But even so, Enzo Maresca must remain careful and not be happy just yet. Because this season is still quite long. Therefore, Enzo just needs to make his team stay consistent with their current good performance. Because if you lose even a little consistency, this could have quite big consequences in a super tight league like the English league. Therefore, Enzo Maresca must be able to ensure that his foster children remain physically fit. And besides that, in the coming week Chelsea will face Everton. I think with Chelsea's current performance, it is certain that this match will be quite easy for Chelsea to win.
I doubted too, I wasn't reallly expecting that Enzo Maresca would have revived the Chelsea's team this quick and to occupy the second spot in the league table, indeed an incredible performance so far at this point in time of the season, I was only hoping if he manages to qualify Chelsea for the champions league next season and not to see Chelsea such a drastic revival of the Chelsea's squad that everybody almost lost during the past two sacked coaches Pochettino precisely.
