Actually is not going to be an issue because the option is not compulsory that every users will go through deposit with any crypto, so is actually optional and if withdrawing with money is what you would prefer you can also deposit using a method that would enable you withdraw with money, so actually the idea of the team is to make those options available to users because in as much as you would want money in withdrawal there are also many others whose their best choice of deposit and withdraw are crypto, however if you withdraw a crypto you can still convert it on a normal exchange without any difficulties.
I did not have an account on Wolf.bet so I don't know how they allow users to deposit and withdrawal. On some gambling platforms, if you deposit BTC, you will be allowed to withdraw in BTC, not with other coins.

It's their AML process, to avoid people using their platforms like mixers.
